NAPM’s 2025 Annual Conference will be held on February 11-13, 2025 (golf outing on Feb 10) at the TradeWinds Resort, St. Pete Beach, Florida.   

Our 2025 Conference theme, "Building the Blueprint for a Bright Future," will focus on the transitional period we have entered as the USPS builds out its new processing and transportation network along with all the changes it will bring.  As the USPS continues to implement new Regional Processing & Distribution Centers (RPDCs), Local Processing Centers (LPCs) and Sorting and Delivery Centers (S&DCs), there will be many changes besides new buildings.  The USPS is exploring changes in service standards with potential changes in entry times/locations, as well as changes in mail preparation and entry that could bring both challenges and opportunities for NAPM members.  On top of the Postal Service network changes, we are in the midst of the Postal Regulatory Commission's review of the USPS rate system, which will have significant impacts on how the USPS sets postage rates in the future (including workshare discounts).  Declines in mail volumes continue, putting pressure on the USPS' financial situation and on our members' businesses.  NAPM members need to be thinking ahead strategically and building their own blueprint for how their business will succeed during the transition and into the future.  

In keeping with NAPM's goal of providing our vendor members with opportunities to share information on their products, services, and solutions with our members, we are once again offering Sponsorship Opportunities for our premier conference event.    

The NAPM Annual Conference boasts a highly anticipated vendor reception held on Tuesday evening of the event. This reception is made possible by the generous sponsorships from our Vendor members.  Included with each sponsorship level are valuable networking and advertising opportunities. Sponsors choose the level that is right for them. 

Our Diamond ($10,000 -- limit = 1) Platinum ($6,000 -- limit = 3), Gold ($3,500 -- limit = 6) and Silver ($1,500 -- limit = 6) sponsor levels include a wide variety of benefits, and our Diamond, Platinum and Gold Sponsor levels also include vendor presentation time to all participants as part of the event agenda (see brochure for details).  And our Bronze ($500 -- unlimited quantity) sponsor level provides great benefits at an affordable rate for our smaller vendor members!  

In addition, we have a variety of Supporting Sponsorships available:  Reception Sponsor ($1,000 unlimited #); Table Topics Sponsor ($1,500 -- limit = 1); Breakfast Sponsor ($2,000 limit = 2); Lunch Sponsor ($2,500 -- limit = 2); and Daily Break Sponsor ($1,500 -- limit = 1).  See the brochure for more details on what each of these sponsorships includes.

The deadline for Diamond & Platinum sponsor sign up is 12/30/2024; the deadline for Gold, Bronze, Silver, and Supporting sponsorships is 1/10/25.
